Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Consultant to join our sales team at Cult center. As a Membership Consultant, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service to prospective members.

Membership Sales: Generate new membership sales through prospecting, lead generation, and conversion of leads into sales.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall sales performance of the club.
Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Fitness First services, including personal training, group fitness, and membership upgrades.
Sales Administration: Manage sales administration tasks, including data entry, lead management, and sales reporting.
Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager, highlighting sales performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
