Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for International Client Support during the night shift. Based in Indore, the role involves providing exceptional customer service to international clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering excellent support. The position also includes managing client relationships, handling documentation, and ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding and meeting their needs in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with international clients, address queries, and resolve issues.
• Proven ability to work night shifts and demonstrate punctuality and commitment to a full-time on-site role.
• Proficiency in using technology and tools to manage customer interactions and documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
