This is a full-time on-site role for a Mee/Ro Operator, based in Dahej. The Mee/Ro Operator will be responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining water and wastewater treatment equipment to ensure optimal performance. Daily tasks include performing routine inspections, troubleshooting equipment issues, maintaining detailed operational records, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. The role requires collaboration with the operations team to achieve rigorous quality and efficiency benchmarks.

• Practical knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes, including operating and maintaining MEE (Multiple Effect Evaporator) and RO (Reverse Osmosis) systems.
• Skills in troubleshooting, routine inspections, and resolving technical equipment issues effectively.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation of operational processes and procedures.
• Understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements in industrial water treatment operations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Previous experience in operating industrial water/wastewater treatment plants is highly desirable.
• A diploma, certification, or degree in environmental engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
