Job Role: Medical Superintendent
Salary Budget: up to 120000/-Months
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Superintendent based in Gurugram. The Medical Superintendent will oversee the hospital's daily medical operations to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards. Responsibilities include organizing and coordinating medical services, developing clinical protocols, optimizing resource allocation, supervising medical and administrative staff, and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. The role will also involve collaborating with department heads to enhance operational efficiency and ensure excellent patient care standards across the hospital.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and management skills in a healthcare setting, including experience in overseeing medical and administrative teams
- Strong understanding of healthcare policies, protocols, quality assurance standards, and accreditation procedures
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to address operational challenges effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with doctors, staff, and patients
- Educational qualifications: MBBS with a postgraduate degree or diploma in Hospital Management/Health Administration is required
- At least 10 years of experience in the medical field, including prior experience in leadership roles at a hospital or healthcare facility
- Proficiency in handling electronic medical records and hospital management systems
- Ability to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and to maintain high ethical standards in medical practice
