This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Scribe, based in Ahmedabad. The Medical Scribe will assist healthcare providers by accurately documenting patient encounters, including medical histories, examinations, assessments, and treatment plans. Responsibilities include updating electronic health records (EHR), ensuring all data is comprehensive and accurately aligned, and supporting providers to improve patient care efficiency. The Medical Scribe will also collaborate with the clinical team to maintain a streamlined workflow.
- Strong medical documentation and electronic health record (EHR) management skills
- Proficiency in medical terminology, transcription, and accurate recording of patient information
- Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team and adapt to fast-paced environments
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Prior experience as a medical scribe or in a healthcare setting is a plus
- Familiarity with medical coding and billing is an advantage
- Relevant certification or training in medical scribing or healthcare-related fields is preferred
