Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Representative at Onco Pharma, located in Patna, Bihar. The Medical Representative will be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting the company’s pharmaceutical and surgical products, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities will include educating healthcare providers about product features, identifying opportunities for sales growth, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the timely distribution of products.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Medical Sales and knowledge of pharmaceutical or surgical products.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Basic understanding of Medicine and Pharmacy to effectively promote products to healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and adhere to timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and manage client relationships within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in local languages and English is an advantage.
