Job Overview: We are seeking a qualified, patient-focused Medical Officer to conduct assessments, review diagnostic reports, and provide accurate clinical evaluations. The role involves working with AI-assisted diagnostic tools and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely, high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct general medical examinations and health assessments, including focused neurological screening where applicable.
Operate and oversee AI-assisted neuro and diagnostic screening workflows: initiate AI analyses, review outputs, validate findings, and integrate results into clinical reports.
Manage diagnostic devices and equipment: set up, perform calibration checks, routine maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and document device logs and consumable usage.
Ensure quality assurance across diagnostic processes: perform QC checks, follow SOPs, monitor data quality, participate in audits, and escalate issues as required.
Follow escalation procedures: flag critical or ambiguous findings to senior clinicians, coordinate urgent referrals, and document actions per protocol.
Review and interpret diagnostic reports (lab tests, imaging, AI-generated analyses) and provide integrated clinical recommendations.
Provide clinical guidance and treatment recommendations based on combined assessment and diagnostic findings.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient records, device logs, AI outputs, and QA records to ensure traceability and compliance.
Coordinate with diagnostic teams, technical staff, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless workflow and timely reporting.
Train and mentor staff on safe device handling, the correct use of AI-assisted tools, QA tasks, and escalation protocols.
Ensure compliance with medical protocols, data privacy standards, and regulatory requirements for AI tools and devices.
Handle patient queries and ensure a positive patient experience through clear communication about AI-assisted findings and next steps.

Minimum Requirements

MBBS degree with valid registration (mandatory).
Minimum 2 yearsexperience as a Medical Officer / General Physician post-registration.
Strong knowledge of clinical practices and diagnostics, including interpretation of laboratory and imaging results.
Familiarity with AI-assisted diagnostic platforms and neuro-screening workflows.
Experience or training in device handling, calibration, and basic troubleshooting.
Knowledge of QA processes, SOP adherence, and escalation protocols in a diagnostic setting.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience in diagnostic centers, hospitals, or preventive healthcare.
Practical experience with AI-driven neuro screening tools, device calibration, and QA systems.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Patient-centric approach with good bedside manners.
