Role Description The Medical Doctor at GoAid will provide on-site clinical care in emergency and non-emergency situations, ensuring safe and appropriate medical management for patients during transport and at receiving facilities. Based in Hisar, this full-time, on-site role involves assessing patient conditions, performing necessary examinations and procedures, prescribing treatments, and stabilizing patients according to established protocols and best practices. The Medical Doctor will collaborate closely with paramedics, ambulance staff, and hospital teams to coordinate care, maintain accurate medical documentation, and support seamless transitions between services. The role also includes monitoring the quality of care, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards, participating in case reviews, and contributing to continuous improvement of emergency medical services.

Qualification: MBBS

Experience: 1+ Year (Freshers with relevant exposure may also apply)

CTC: ₹7.5 – ₹8.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary medical care to employees at the Occupational Health Centre.
  • Attend medical emergencies and provide first aid/stabilization.
  • Conduct routine health check-ups and medical assessments.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
  • Coordinate referrals and emergency transfers when required.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • MBBS degree with valid State Medical Council/NMC registration.
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
  • Good communication and patient management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in an Occupational Health Centre.
