Medical Administrator

Oversee day-to-day clinical and administrative hospital operations
Ensure smooth functioning of OPD, IPD, Emergency, ICU, OT, and diagnostic services
Coordinate with consultants, RMOs, nursing teams, and support departments for seamless patient care
Monitor patient flow, admissions, discharges, transfers, and bed management.
Coordinate consultant scheduling, availability, and duty rosters.
Ensure timely commencement of OPDs, rounds, surgeries, and procedures
Maintain professional communication and coordination with visiting and full-time consultants.
Supervise patient care quality and ensure high standards of clinical services
Address patient complaints, grievances, and escalations effectively
Ensure proper counselling and communication with patients and attendants
Monitor patient satisfaction and implement
corrective measures where required.
