🔍About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising online marketing campaigns across various digital channels. You should have a strong understanding of paid marketing, analytics, and ROI-driven strategies📈.


💼Key Responsibilities


  • 📊 Plan, create, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and others.


  • 🎯 Monitor and analyse campaign performance to achieve target KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPL, etc.).


  • 🔁 Conduct A/B tests to identify high-performing creatives, audiences, and strategies.


  • 💡 Optimise ad spending to maximise ROI and improve campaign efficiency.


  • 📉 Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.


  • 📑 Track daily budgets, campaign pacing, and performance metrics.


  • 📑 Prepare weekly & monthly reports with insights and growth recommendations.


  • 🌐 Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.


  • 🔄 Manage landing pages, funnels, and tracking setups (Pixel, UTM, GA4, etc.).


📌 Requirements


  • 🧠 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing


  • 🎛 Strong knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads


  • 📍 Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Data Studio)


  • 📈 Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills


  • 🗣 Good communication & problem-solving skills


  • 🎓 Certifications (Google/META) are a plus



Job Type: 🕒 Full-time

Location: 📍Rohini Sector 18 (On-site only)

Salary: 💵 ₹20,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Vacancy: 2-3 candidates
