Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Mechanical Fitter role based in Navi Mumbai. The Mechanical Fitter will be responsible for performing machining and fitting of components, carrying out preventive maintenance, conducting maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery, and ensuring smooth operation of industrial systems. The individual will collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to enhance machine performance and support operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Machining and operating relevant equipment
• Skilled in Fitting and Machinery assembly for industrial systems
• Proven experience in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance tasks to ensure machine efficiency and reliability
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and effectively resolve problems
• Good understanding of workplace safety and following maintenance protocols
• Technical diploma or certification in Mechanical Fitting or a related field is required
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
