Profile: Manager – Cryogenic Engineering

Experience: Min 8 years

Salary : upto 10 lpa (depend on the interview)

Location : (Ahmedabad),Gujarat

Education : Diploma / Engineering Graduate in Mechanical or Chemical

Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in Cryogenic maintenance, Industrial Gas plants, Semi Conductor industry, LNG Facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering of cryogenic systems including storage tanks, pipelines, vaporizers, and insulation systems
• Review and approve P&IDs, engineering drawings, and technical specifications
• Manage end-to-end project execution including installation, erection, and commissioning
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (civil, mechanical, instrumentation) and external stakeholders
• Oversee testing, cold commissioning, and system performance validation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards (ASME, ISO) and lead HAZOP/HAZID studies
• Provide technical guidance for troubleshooting and maintenance of cryogenic systems
• Manage vendor interactions, technical evaluations, and quality assurance
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Drive cost optimization and energy efficiency initiatives

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 8–15 years of experience in cryogenic systems (LNG / Industrial gases / EPC projects)
• Proven experience in handling projects at a managerial or lead level
• Strong exposure to commissioning and site execution

Key Skills

• Expertise in thermodynamics, heat transfer, and cryogenic applications
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in engineering tools (AutoCAD, CAESAR II, ANSYS, etc.)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• High focus on safety, quality, and compliance
