Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Mechanical Engineer to help drive products from early concept through production. This full‑time, on‑site role works within the product development team and collaborates closely across multiple departments. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and comfortable solving complex engineering challenges in a fast‑moving environment.

Responsibilities

The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical components, systems, and products, utilizing CAD software for modeling and design. This role supports Research and Development efforts, contributes to design activities, and leads projects to ensure milestones are met. They will perform hands‑on prototyping and iterative testing to validate design performance, reliability, and user experience. The role includes conducting failure analysis and root‑cause investigations while implementing corrective and preventative actions. Additionally, the engineer will proactively identify design risks throughout the development process and develop mitigation strategies to ensure product success. The engineer will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to transition concepts into production‑ready solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Strong expertise in mechanical engineering and machine design
• 3D CAD proficiency (SolidWorks preferred)
• Experience in project management to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion
• Background in Research and Development processes and methodologies
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities for teamwork across departments
• Experience developing consumer products
• Familiar with rapid prototyping tools and methods
