Job Description

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in MEPF/ELV design review and coordination for high-rise or large-scale residential/commercial buildings.
Good knowledge of systems including HVAC, lighting, power, fire suppression, plumbing, ICT, CCTV, access control, and BMS.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, and Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with Indian codes (NBC, IS) and international standards (NFPA, ASHRAE, IEC, IEEE).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Indian regional languages is mandatory.
Willingness to relocate and work full-time on-site in Gurugram, India.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILIITES :

Review design drawings, calculations, equipment schedules, and shop drawings for all MEPF and ELV systems.
Support coordination between MEPF/ELV systems and other disciplines (architectural, structural, façade) to resolve design and interface issues.
Track and respond to RFIs, technical clarifications, and design changes submitted by consultants and contractors.
Participate in design review meetings and prepare logs, comments, and compliance matrices.
Assist in reviewing mock-ups and materials related to HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, fire protection, and ELV infrastructure.
Collaborate with cost and procurement teams to review technical compliance of equipment proposals and vendors.
Monitor installation activities and raise observations or issues where non-compliance with design is found.
Coordinate with testing and commissioning teams to ensure readiness and compliance of systems prior to handover.
Ensure that all MEPF and ELV documentation is maintained and properly integrated into the PMIS platform.
Support preparation of technical reports, progress summaries, and close-out documentation.
