About the Role Our client is seeking a? Senior Full Stack Developer ?with? 2+ years of hands-on experience ?to help build and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using the? MEAN stack ?(MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js). You will work directly with the client teams while being part of the elite talent network of? YMinds.AI . This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end application development, build robust server-side systems, and create responsive, user-friendly interfaces that drive user engagement. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using? Node.js + Express.js ?for backend and? Angular ?for frontend. Build and expose? RESTful APIs ?to seamlessly integrate backend services with the frontend UI. Design database schemas and manage data storage with? MongoDB ?or? MySQL , ensuring efficient data handling and scalability. Implement dynamic, interactive, and responsive UI components using? Angular ?and modern CSS frameworks like? Bootstrap ?or? Tailwind CSS . Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues across the stack for speed and scalability. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to translate functional requirements into technical designs and deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards to ensure clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and continuously improve the development process, architecture, and tooling. Ensure proper version control with? Git ?and actively contribute to a collaborative development environment. Lead and mentor junior developers, helping them grow their technical skills and coding practices. Required Skills 2+ years ?of professional experience as a full-stack developer, ideally using the? MEAN stack ?(MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js). Proficiency in? JavaScript (ES6+) ?and? Node.js ?for server-side development, and? Angular ?for frontend development. Strong knowledge of? RESTful API design and integration . Experience with? MongoDB ?(NoSQL) or? MySQL ?(relational database), including schema design, data querying, and optimization. Solid understanding of frontend technologies like? CSS ,? Bootstrap , or? Tailwind CSS ?for responsive UI development. Experience using? Git ?for version control and collaborative development. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with the ability to optimize for performance and scalability. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Skills Familiarity with? TypeScript ?and additional frontend frameworks or libraries. Experience with? Agile/Scrum ?methodologies and iterative development processes. Exposure to? CI/CD pipelines , containerization (Docker), and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure). Knowledge of? microservices architecture ?and? scalable system design ?principles. Familiarity with? testing frameworks ?and? test-driven development ?(TDD). Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional teams. Ability to mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring continuous improvement in team practices. Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
