Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a MEAN / MERN Development Lead. The selected candidate will manage and lead a development team focusing on building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. Key responsibilities include architecting solutions, overseeing the development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to coding standards, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical implementation with business objectives. The Development Lead will also drive best practices in Agile methodology and actively mentor team members to enhance their professional growth. Qualifications Proficient in MEAN/MERN Stack: Expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, Angular/React, Node.js for developing end-to-end web applications. Strong understanding of web technologies: Includes JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous request handling. Experience in development lifecycle management: Version control systems (Git), Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and Agile workflows. Proven skills in database design and optimization: Relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases. Skilled in troubleshooting, unit testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables with minimal downtime. Experience with cloud infrastructure: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying and managing web applications. Leadership capabilities: Effective mentoring, team management, and ability to coordinate with stakeholders for alignment on technical and business goals. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred. Industry certifications in MEAN/MERN Stack development are a plus. Additional expertise in cybersecurity principles and scalable system design would be advantageous.
