MBD / NVH Engineer (Powertrain / Engine)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Qualification: M.Tech (Mechanical / Automotive / Machine Design or equivalent)

CTC: ₹8–11 LPA

Location: Gurgaon / Pune (Initial One year will be Gurgaon for Pune based Candidates too).

We are looking for a talented MBD/NVH Engineer with hands-on experience in Powertrain/Engine simulation to join our automotive engineering team. If you are passionate about CAE simulation, vibration analysis, and solving complex engineering challenges, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Multibody Dynamics (MBD) and NVH simulations for Powertrain and Engine systems.
• Develop, validate, and optimize simulation models using industry-standard CAE tools.
• Conduct modal, dynamic, harmonic, and vibration analyses to identify and resolve NVH-related issues.
• Interpret simulation results and recommend design improvements to enhance product performance.
• Collaborate with Design, Testing, and Cross-functional Engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Prepare technical reports and present engineering findings and recommendations.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Powertrain or Engine NVH.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• AVL EXCITE
• MSC Nastran
• ANSA
• NAPA
• Good understanding of Multibody Dynamics (MBD), Structural Dynamics, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and vibration analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualification

• M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Machine Design, or a related discipline.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in Automotive OEMs or Engineering Services organizations such as Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Motors, FEV India, Tata Technologies, IDIADA India, Magma Engineering, TCS, KPIT Technologies, LTTS, Quest Global, Alten India, Capgemini Engineering, Cyient, HCLTech Engineering, Wipro Engineering, or similar organizations will be preferred.

Location & Mobility

• The selected candidate will be deployed at the designated project location for approximately one year.
• Candidates currently based in Pune will be relocated back to Pune after completion of the initial assignment (approximately one year), subject to project and business requirements.

Compensation

• ₹8–9 LPA for candidates with 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• ₹9–11 LPA for candidates with 4–5 years of relevant experience.
