Job Description – Maths Faculty (JEE Main, JEE Advanced & Foundation)

Position: Maths Faculty
Courses: JEE Main | JEE Advanced | Foundation (8th–12h Std)
Mode: Offline (Classroom Teaching)
Location: Vidhu Academy, Porur–Mugalivakkam, Chennai

Roles & Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics for JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and Foundation batches.
• Explain concepts clearly with step-by-step problem-solving methods.
• Prepare and deliver topic-wise lectures, practice questions, and tests.
• Focus on concept clarity, accuracy, and exam-oriented approach.
• Track student performance and provide individual guidance where required.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and class quality standards.
• Coordinate with academic team for syllabus planning and test schedules.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Strong subject knowledge in Higher Secondary & JEE-level Mathematics.
• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in JEE / Foundation preferred.
• Ability to teach in Tamil + English (bilingual) is mandatory.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Commitment to offline classroom teaching only (no online).

Work Details

• Working hours: As per batch schedule (evening & weekend classes included).
• Batch size: Limited students for better attention.
• Salary: Based on experience and demo performance.
