Job Title: Master Data Management Developer Location : Pan India Experience : 4-9 Years Job Typ e: Contract to Hire Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Mandatory Skills: MDM Development, Reltio Platform. Job Description: The Master Data Management (MDM) Data Integrations Developer will be part of the Enterprise Architecture & Data team and will work closely with Data Governance teams, business partners, application architects and the Data Services team in building and maintaining app-to-app integrations between MDM product and hub systems. This is a hands-on technical role, responsible for design, development, deployment of integration flows connecting any combination of on premises and cloud-based processes, services, applications and data across multiple organizations. Top candidates in this role will have excellent business engagement skills, customer service approach, excellent problem-solving, solid project management skills, and strong design thinking capabilities in delivering Intelligent Data Integrations, Analytics and Master Data solutions. Key Responsibilities Serve as a domain specialist on MDM development and integration needs for Workday's MDM solution. Current IPaaS platform is SnapLogic Work closely with solution architects, business analysts, product owners to understand data and business process and work on development activities. Identify and analyze business requirements, functional design and translating requirements to technical specifications. Architect innovative, framework based, high-performance and quality solutions using groundbreaking technologies to cater to the Business needs. Develop detailed MDM integration design specifications, develop custom mapping functions and customization to the data tier of MDM Hub. Design and develop custom workflows using Java, Python, or other languages. Collaborate with several technical teams and business users for Development, QA and operations support. Code MDM Integrations, write unit tests and perform code reviews. Develop monitoring & reporting for the MDM Integration platform. Main point of contact for availability and performance issues Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Infrastructure, Data Services and Data Operations Excels in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline is required 4+years of demonstrated ability in MDM development using Reltio Platform . 4+years of demonstrated ability in building Data Integrations using Snaplogic Platform . 4+years of demonstrated ability in building solutions involving Data Quality, Data architecture and Master Data Management At least 4 years of demonstrable experience to develop / customize applications with SOAP / RESTful APIs Experience with ETL & IPaaS tools such as Workato, MuleSoft, Informatica etc. Must have experience with Agile and Integration Solution Development. Experience with Data modeling, and Data validation Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Experience working on SaaS products. Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo and Workday Systems preferred. Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP Experience implementing Master Data Management domains such as Products, Entitlements, Organization, Person etc.
