Description Job Title : Full Stack Developer Company : MARS Telecom Experience : 4-8 Years About The Role MARS Telecom is seeking a strong Full Stack Developer with a primary focus on backend development. The ideal candidate will take ownership of backend-heavy tasks while contributing to front-end development when required. This role involves building scalable APIs, maintaining cloud-hosted services, and ensuring seamless system integrations across the platform. Key Responsibilities Backend Development : Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C# / .NET Core. Build robust and scalable REST APIs with a focus on performance, reliability, and security. Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for schema design, data modeling, and query optimization. Front-End Contribution Contribute to UI development using AngularJS (as needed). Ensure smooth integration between frontend and backend services. Cloud & Deployment Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications on AWS (services like EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.). Support system stability, monitoring, and debugging in cloud environments. Collaboration & Code Quality Work closely with product managers, QA teams, and other developers to deliver end-to-end features. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement. Must-Have Skills 4-8 years of hands-on full stack or backend development experience. Strong expertise in C# / .NET Core. Practical working experience with AngularJS (1.x). Solid understanding of REST API development and integration. Exposure to AWS cloud services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, or similar). Experience with at least one database : SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc. Ability to work independently in a pure Individual Contributor (IC) role. Good-to-Have Skills Experience with microservices architecture. Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with DevOps tools or containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
