Description Job Title : Backend Developer Location : Hyderabad, Telangana Experience : 4+ Years Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in C# and .NET Core to build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working in AWS environments, with solid skills in backend architecture, API development, debugging, and performance optimization. This is a collaborative role requiring close coordination with frontend, QA, and product teams. Key Responsibilities Backend Development : Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using C# / .NET Core. Build, enhance, and optimize RESTful APIs for performance, scalability, and reliability. Implement best practices for coding standards, testing, and documentation. Database & Data Handling Work with relational or NoSQL databases (any database experience is acceptable). Design efficient schemas, write optimized queries, and handle data migrations. Ensure data integrity, security, and performance across backend modules. Cloud Deployment & Maintenance Deploy, manage, and support backend services on AWS. Troubleshoot production issues, monitor application health, and improve system resilience. Utilize AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, etc., depending on project needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless API integration. Coordinate with QA teams for testing, bug resolution, and release management. Collaborate with product and business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. Must-Have Requirements & Qualifications : 4+ years of hands-on experience in backend development. Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET. Expertise in REST API development and microservice principles. Mandatory experience with AWS (deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting). Strong understanding of backend architecture, debugging, and performance optimization. Experience with any database : SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc. Good-to-Have Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps concepts. Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with logging/monitoring tools (CloudWatch, ELK, etc.). Exposure to agile development practices.
