Overview


As a Marketplace Lead, you will own the growth and performance of key e-commerce marketplaces for some of the most exciting D2C brands in India, including Moxie Beauty, Clay Co., Gush Beauty, Terractive, Asaya, and STIM. The role focuses on driving marketplace growth, managing platform relationships, and leading execution across advertising, catalog, and operational functions.


What you’ll do


  • Own end-to-end marketplace growth across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and other channels.
  • Lead marketplace strategy including PPC advertising, promotions, pricing, assortment planning, and visibility improvements.
  • Act as the primary POC with marketplace account managers, driving category growth initiatives, campaign opportunities, and platform negotiations.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring alignment on growth targets, performance reviews, and execution roadmaps.
  • Analyze marketplace data (sales, ads, traffic, conversion, category benchmarks) to identify growth opportunities and scale winning strategies.
  • Oversee catalog quality, listing launches, and merchandising to ensure optimal discoverability and conversion.
  • Coordinate with operations, catalog, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of launches, campaigns, and inventory planning.
  • Build structured dashboards and reporting systems to track performance and guide strategic decisions.


Who we’re looking for


  • 2–6 years experience in ecommerce, marketplace management, or performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace ecosystems including advertising, catalog management, pricing, and promotions.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders including brands, platform teams, and internal operations teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets and data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to lead execution across multiple brands and marketplaces simultaneously.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership.
  • Based in Gurugram (In-office role).
  • MBA preferred but not mandatory.
