We're looking for a technically strong Marketplace Data Analyst who enjoys working with data, solving problems and uncovering opportunities to improve marketplace performance.

About the role

This is a specialist analytics role supporting Amazon and other Ecommerce marketplaces.

You'll analyse customer behaviour, marketplace performance, pricing, search visibility and product performance, using SQL, Python and Power BI to generate actionable commercial insight.

Working closely with Ecommerce, Commercial and Product teams, you'll help shape business decisions through robust data analysis and visualisation.

What you'll be doing

• Analyse Amazon marketplace performance.
• Develop SQL queries and Python models.
• Build Power BI dashboards.
• Monitor traffic, conversion and search performance.
• Benchmark competitors using Helium 10, Keepa and similar tools.
• Deliver analytical recommendations that improve commercial performance.
• Support strategic Ecommerce initiatives.

About you

You'll have:

• Strong SQL capability.
• Experience with Python.
• Power BI expertise.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience working with Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience within Ecommerce, retail or FMCG would be beneficial.
