This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketplace and Quickcommerce Manager, based in Jaipur. The role involves managing and optimizing the company’s presence and operations across multiple marketplace platforms, implementing strategies to boost sales and visibility, and fostering strong vendor relationships. The Manager will oversee inventory management, coordinate with teams to ensure efficient fulfillment, and analyze marketplace trends to shape marketing campaigns. Additionally, the role includes evaluating Quickcommerce platforms to explore and leverage opportunities for expedited e-commerce growth.

• Experience managing and optimizing marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, or similar platforms.
• Strong skills in data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting.
• Competence in inventory management, pricing strategy, and operational coordination with supply chain teams.
• Knowledge of Quickcommerce platforms and strategies to enhance delivery efficiency and speed-to-market.
• Ability to build relationships with vendors and ensure customer satisfaction through optimized operations.
• Proven communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Understanding of e-commerce trends and strategies for staying competitive in the online marketplace.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the wellness or beauty industry is a plus.
