Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Strategist who can craft and execute impactful go-to-market strategies. The role demands creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver results through innovative marketing initiatives. While prior experience is preferred, what matters most is your ability to design and implement marketing solutions that drive measurable growth.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, feature rollouts, and campaigns.
  2. Align marketing initiatives with business objectives in collaboration with founders, product, and sales teams.
  3. Define brand positioning, messaging, and target audience segmentation.
  4. Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google, etc.).
  5. Track and analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI.
  6. Create engaging content for websites, social media, emailers, pitch decks, and presentations.
  7. Explore growth hacks, partnerships, and new marketing channels.
  8. Manage and coordinate with agencies, creative freelancers and designers.
  9. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategy.


Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years of experience in B2B or product marketing (experience in polymers/chemicals/industrial tech is a plus).
  2. Strong grasp of go-to-market planning, digital marketing, and brand storytelling.
  3. Ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  5. Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.
  6. Experience in organizing and managing industry events and trade shows is a plus.
  7. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
