Marketing & Sales Support Assistant

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing & Sales Support Assistant to work directly alongside our Sales Operations Coordinator. This role is critical in helping manage day-to-day sales support while coordinating with multiple third-party vendors.

You will be the bridge between sales, marketing, and operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, stays updated, and meets our brand standards across all communities and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily sales operations and assist the sales team as needed

• Coordinate with third-party marketing vendors (social media, digital ads, website, signage, etc.) to ensure all deliverables are executed on time and correctly
• 
  
• Help manage and update website content, listings, and community information
• 
  
• Assist with light transaction coordination and administrative tasks when needed
• 
  
• Ensure model homes are fully stocked, presentable, and equipped with up-to-date marketing materials
• 
  
• Help organize and maintain marketing assets across all communities
• 
  
• Assist with CRM/database updates and lead tracking
• 
  
• Support open houses, events, and ongoing client engagement efforts
• 
  
• Monitor marketing requests and help ensure follow-through across all parties

Qualifications:

• Required: Experience in real estate (residential sales, leasing, new construction, or transaction coordination)
• 
  
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• 
  
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts and vendors at once
• 
  
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• 
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• 
  
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing basics
• 
  
• Experience with sales processes and systems and Microsoft Workspace
• 
  
• Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset
