Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Marketing & Sales Strategy Manager to lead our marketing and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in marketing, business development, and client management , along with a good understanding of digital marketing tools and practices . Key Responsibilities: Develop, plan, and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to drive company growth. Identify, approach, and onboard new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. Collaborate with internal teams to design campaigns that align with business objectives. Utilize digital marketing channels to enhance brand presence and generate leads. Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive insights. Prepare and present performance reports, sales forecasts, and strategic recommendations to management. Achieve business development and revenue targets within defined timelines. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development. Strong communication and presentation skills in both Hindi and English. Proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and sales growth. Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
