Role Description The Marketing Representative is a full-time, on-site role based at Elegance Clinic in Surat. This position involves promoting the clinic’s services, managing inquiries, and supporting patient acquisition through both direct interactions and coordinated marketing activities. Day-to-day tasks include explaining treatment offerings to prospective clients, following up on leads, assisting with promotional campaigns, and maintaining relationships with referral partners. The role also supports in-clinic events, coordinates with digital and offline marketing efforts, and gathers feedback to improve patient communication and outreach. The Marketing Representative collaborates closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a consistent and professional brand experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospective and existing patients.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to convert inquiries into consultations and support promotional activities.
• Candidates should possess Training and presentation skills to educate patients and staff about services, processes, and campaigns.
• Candidates should have basic knowledge of healthcare or aesthetic services, with the ability to learn procedure details quickly.
• Candidates should demonstrate professional appearance, integrity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.
• Relevant experience in clinic, hospital, or service-industry marketing is preferred; a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
• Candidate should go on appointment basis and do tie ups and create awarness.
