We are investing heavily in our in-house analytics capabilities, including state-of-the-art Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), to better understand the drivers of growth and optimize investment decisions globally.
We are looking for a Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) Analyst to support the APJ region across Print, Personal Systems, and Supplies (China, India, Japan, and Australia).
This role sits at the intersection of advanced analytics and business decision-making. You will be responsible for translating model outputs into clear, actionable recommendations and partnering with regional marketing and category teams to influence investment decisions.
You will operate across diverse and complex markets, requiring strong analytical capability, business acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities
MMM Deployment & Interpretation
- Own the interpretation and application of Marketing Mix Models (MMM), translating model outputs into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Bridge the gap between data science and business teams to ensure insights are understood and used effectively.
- Partner with marketing and category leaders across APJ to shape budget allocation, media strategy, and investment decisions.
- Provide clear recommendations on ROI, incrementality, and optimal spend levels.
- Work closely with data scientists to validate model outputs, challenge assumptions where needed, and ensure results are robust, credible, and business-ready.
- Support the continuous improvement of modelling approaches and outputs.
- Adapt insights to diverse APJ market conditions, accounting for differences in media ecosystems, data quality, and business priorities across China, India, Japan, and Australia.
- Synthesize complex analytical outputs into clear narratives that drive action.
- Develop high-impact presentations and materials tailored to senior stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve model inputs through new data sources, better data structuring, or enhanced business context.
- Partner with data science and data engineering teams to improve overall model quality.
- Evaluate marketing and commercial investments using MMM outputs and complementary measurement approaches.
- Support post-campaign analysis and learning agendas.
Marketing Mix Modelling Expertise
- Hands-on experience with MMM (building, interpreting, or deploying models).
- Strong understanding of core concepts such as incrementality, adstock, saturation curves, and ROI measurement.
- Proven ability to influence decision-making in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and translating analytics into clear business actions.
- Strong understanding of the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) and how they drive business performance.
- Ability to connect model outputs to commercial decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex analytical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (required).
- Experience with SQL and/or Python/R preferred.
- Experience working with large datasets and model outputs.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams across regions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills in a dynamic environment.
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing analytics, MMM, consulting, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
