Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Bangalore. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive lead generation and brand awareness. This includes overseeing digital marketing campaigns, leading market research efforts to identify trends and opportunities, and crafting compelling content for multiple platforms. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and analyzing key performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong strategic marketing and brand management skills, including campaign planning and execution
• Expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, and content marketing
• Proficiency in market research and data analysis to identify and act on business opportunities
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with stakeholders
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of AI, fintech, or customer engagement platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
