With extensive field experience and successful project installations across Maharashtra and other states, the company focuses on delivering reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality solar solutions.

Role Overview -

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who can actively drive B2B project marketing activities for solar power plant projects.

This role is not related to digital marketing. The primary responsibility is to generate qualified project inquiries for rooftop and ground-mounted C&I solar power plant installations through field marketing, industrial outreach, and relationship development.

The candidate should have strong exposure to industrial market engagement, channel development, and project lead generation within the Solar / Renewable Energy / EPC / Electrical / Infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Generate qualified leads for C&I rooftop and ground-mounted solar power plant projects.
• Conduct field marketing in industrial areas, MIDC zones, and commercial clusters to identify potential clients.
• Perform B2B outreach through emails, WhatsApp, calls, and regular follow-ups with prospects.
• Develop channel partners, consultants, and referral networks to increase project inquiries.
• Represent the company in industry meetings, networking events, and exhibitions.
• Maintain and track a pipeline of potential solar project opportunities and coordinate with the sales team.

Candidate Requirements -

Minimum 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing or project marketing within :

• Solar Energy
• Renewable Energy
• EPC
• Electrical Industry
• Infrastructure Projects
• Strong experience in industrial field marketing and lead generation.
• Understanding of project-based sales cycles and B2B decision-making structures.
• Ability to build professional networks within industrial and commercial sectors.
• MBA in Marketing preferred.
• Fluency in English and Marathi is required for effective client communication.
