Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Manager based in Tiruchirappalli. The Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and monitor marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing marketing plans, managing campaigns, analyzing marketing performance, and leading a team of marketers. The candidate will work both onsite in Tiruchirappalli and remotely as needed, ensuring flexibility while meeting team and organizational goals.

Qualifications

Marketing strategy development, campaign planning, and customer engagement expertise
Digital Marketing skills, including SEO, PPC, and social media management
Analytics and research proficiency to assess campaign performance and market trends
Team leadership, collaboration, and project management experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in using marketing tools and software
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Knowledge of the real estate industry or similar field is a plus
