As we continue expanding our brand presence and ecosystem reach, we are looking for a dynamic and execution-driven Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives across digital channels, campaigns, and community engagement. 


Role Overview:

We are hiring for a Marketing Manager, a growth-oriented role responsible for driving brand visibility, performance marketing, digital campaigns, and audience engagement across PedalStart’s platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, execution capability, and strong understanding of digital growth strategies.

Your responsibilities will evolve based on your strengths, with key areas of work including:

  • Performance Marketing & Paid Campaigns- Planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels to drive reach, engagement, and lead generation.
  • SEO & Website Growth- Managing SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimization, blog/content alignment, website performance tracking, and improving organic visibility and traffic.
  • Branding & Positioning- Strengthening PedalStart’s brand identity through consistent communication, visual storytelling, campaign positioning, and strategic brand-building initiatives across digital and offline touchpoints.
  • Campaign Analytics & Performance Metrics-Tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, engagement, and ROI to improve marketing effectiveness and decision-making.
  • Social Media & Brand Marketing- Driving brand awareness through strategic social media campaigns, content planning, community engagement, and platform growth across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and other channels.
  • Content & Communication Strategy- Collaborating with content and design teams to develop marketing communication, emailers, newsletters, landing pages, ad copies, and campaign messaging aligned with brand positioning.
  • Growth & Audience Engagement- Building growth strategies focused on lead generation, founder/community engagement, partnerships, and audience retention initiatives.


What are we looking for:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, growth strategies, and brand positioning.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and analytics/reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, keyword optimization, and website traffic analysis.
  • Ability to interpret marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Strong communication, campaign planning, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Creative thinking with a data-driven and execution-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, SEMrush, Canva/Figma, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of brand communication, storytelling, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Previous experience in startup, agency, or high-growth environments is preferred.



Working Days: 6 days (WFO)

Compensation: Up-to 6 LPA

Experience: 2 years
