We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager who will lead our marketing initiatives and help expand Medigrad’s reach among doctors across India and globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
- Track performance metrics such as CAC, CPL, ROI, and conversion rates.
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and strengthen the Medigrad brand within the medical education ecosystem.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and marketing materials.
- Work on brand awareness campaigns targeting MBBS graduates and PG doctors.
Social Media Management
- Oversee social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Plan content calendars including educational content, student success stories, and program promotions.
- Grow community engagement among healthcare professionals.
Content & Campaign Management
- Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful marketing content (videos, posts, blogs, webinars, email campaigns).
- Plan and execute product launches, program campaigns, and webinars.
Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
- Develop strategies to drive qualified leads for Medigrad programs.
- Optimize landing pages and marketing funnels to improve conversion rates.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on marketing performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with admissions, academic, and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in EdTech, Healthcare, or Education sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and brand building.
- Experience managing social media and content marketing strategies.
- Analytical mindset with ability to track and optimize campaign performance.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience marketing professional education or healthcare courses.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM tools, and lead nurturing.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
