Operating on a Franchise-Owned, Company-Operated (FOCO) model, Lucens manages end-to-end operations, logistics, supply chain, training, and quality control while partners own the physical assets. Lucens focuses on delivering institutional-grade fabric care at consumer prices, combining operational discipline, technology, and hospitality-level standards. The business is designed for a rising India that values quality, trust, and attention to detail in everyday garment care.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Delhi, India. The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive demand, and support franchise partners across Lucens’ fabric care network. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and managing campaigns across digital and offline channels, coordinating local marketing initiatives for plants and collection centers, and creating content and collateral aligned with brand guidelines. The role involves analyzing market trends and customer insights, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns for impact and efficiency. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with operations, sales, and partnerships teams to ensure consistent brand positioning and support business growth in the Delhi region and beyond.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated skills in marketing strategy, brand positioning, and campaign planning.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels, performance tracking, and content development.
  • Strong analytical abilities in market research, customer insights, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
  • Prior experience in consumer services, hospitality, retail, or franchise-driven businesses is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in marketing are a plus.
  • Comfort with using marketing and analytics tools, and openness to learning new technologies and platforms.
