Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, proactive Marketing Manager who can independently lead and execute the end-to-end marketing function. The ideal candidate combines traditional and digital marketing expertise with strong planning and execution skills to improve brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, proactive Marketing Manager who can independently lead and execute the end-to-end marketing function. The ideal candidate combines traditional and digital marketing expertise with strong planning and execution skills to improve brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quarterly and annual marketing plans aligned to business goals.
- Plan and run campaigns for product promotion, lead generation, and brand building across channels.
- Manage PPC (Google Ads and other paid media) and optimise campaigns for ROI.
- Lead SEO strategy and monitor website performance and improvements.
- Oversee content creation: blogs, social media posts, brochures, case studies, and videos.
- Coordinate exhibitions, trade shows, and other offline marketing activities.
- Work closely with sales to manage leads and integrate with CRM processes.
- Conduct market and competitor research; prepare performance dashboards and insights.
- Track KPIs, produce regular reports, and run A/B tests to optimise campaigns.
- 9+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B environments.
- Strong digital marketing skills (PPC, SEO, analytics).
- Excellent communication, planning, and cross-functional coordination abilities.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, MS Office, and CRM systems.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and take ownership of outcomes.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram marketing.
- Familiarity with email marketing and automation platforms.
- Creative thinking and strong copywriting skills.
- Google certifications are a plus.
