Baller League US is looking for a Brand & Culture Marketing Manager to shape how the league shows up culturally, grows its fanbase, and builds long-term brand momentum in the US market. This role is about relevance, not noise. You’ll lead culturally connected campaigns that turn real-time moments into sustained fan engagement.
Working across live events, digital platforms, creators, talent, and partners, you’ll help define how fans discover, engage with, and champion Baller League in the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand & cultural campaigns: Lead the development and delivery of brand campaigns rooted in US culture across sport, music, fashion, gaming, and digital communities.
- Bold creative thinking: Champion fresh, outside-the-box ideas that cut through the US sports and entertainment landscape.
- Brand consistency: Ensure a clear and consistent brand presence across social, video, live events, and partner activations.
- Campaign ownership: Own campaigns end to end, from strategy and briefing through execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Audience & fan growth: Translate business objectives into measurable marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, and fan acquisition.
- Channel strategy: Manage organic channel strategies across social, video, search, and emerging platforms, working closely with paid media to deliver one aligned approach.
- Performance & optimization: Test, learn, and optimize through experimentation frameworks, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
- Creator & talent collaboration: Work closely with creators, cultural tastemakers, players, and teams to spotlight personalities and strengthen fan communities.
- Partner alignment: Collaborate with brand partners to amplify campaigns and integrate marketing into wider commercial activations.
- Measurement & reporting: Define success metrics across reach, engagement, conversion, and sentiment, and report insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Culturally fluent US marketer: Strong ability to translate real-time cultural moments into relevant, impactful brand campaigns.
- Brand & growth balance: Deep understanding of brand storytelling combined with performance-driven growth.
- Data-confident decision maker: Comfortable defining KPIs, analyzing performance, and turning insights into action.
- Quick thinker & problem solver: Able to move fast, adapt plans, and make clear decisions in live environments.
- Ability to connect the dots: Aligns brand, content, creators, partners, and performance into cohesive marketing execution.
- Collaborative mindset: Works seamlessly with creative, talent, partnerships, and operations teams.
- Authentic approach: Values clarity, simplicity, and credibility over hype.
- Passion for football & culture: Strong interest in football, US sports culture, and modern entertainment.
Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in brand, culture, or growth marketing
- Experience delivering integrated campaigns across digital, social, and live environments
- Experience working with creators, talent, or cultural partners preferred
- Comfortable working occasional evenings and weekends during the season
