The Opportunity
We are looking for a high-impact Marketing Manager to lead our growth and brand strategy in the aviation training space. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and can seamlessly blend creativity with data-driven decision-making.
You will own the marketing funnel end-to-end — from awareness to lead generation to conversion — working closely with admissions and leadership to scale enrollments and strengthen AIRTAXI’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Growth & Strategy
Design and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive qualified student acquisition
Own the end-to-end marketing funnel, optimizing for lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI
🔹 Performance Marketing
Lead paid marketing initiatives across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms
Monitor and optimize KPIs such as CPL (Cost per Lead), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and conversion rates
🔹 Brand & Positioning
Build a strong, differentiated brand presence in the aviation training segment
Ensure consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints
🔹 Digital & Content Leadership
Oversee website, SEO, social media, and content strategy
Drive engaging content tailored to aspiring aviation professionals
🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with admissions teams to improve lead nurturing and conversion outcomes
Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and content teams
🔹 Insights & Analytics
Track campaign performance and generate actionable insights
Leverage data to continuously refine targeting, messaging, and channel strategy
🔹 Market Intelligence
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor positioning, and student behavior insights
Ideal Candidate Profile
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
✔ 2–8 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital and performance marketing
✔ Proven success in lead generation and funnel optimization (education/aviation preferred)
✔ Strong command of tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO platforms, and CRM systems
✔ Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy
✔ Exceptional communication, storytelling, and brand-building skills
✔ Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a fast-growth environment
