  • We are looking for a high-impact Marketing Manager to lead our growth and brand strategy in the aviation training space. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and can seamlessly blend creativity with data-driven decision-making.
  • You will own the marketing funnel end-to-end β€” from awareness to lead generation to conversion β€” working closely with admissions and leadership to scale enrollments and strengthen AIRTAXI’s market presence.

  • Design and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive qualified student acquisition
  • Own the end-to-end marketing funnel, optimizing for lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI

  • Lead paid marketing initiatives across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms
  • Monitor and optimize KPIs such as CPL (Cost per Lead), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and conversion rates

  • Build a strong, differentiated brand presence in the aviation training segment
  • Ensure consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints

  • Oversee website, SEO, social media, and content strategy

  • Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and content teams

  • Ideal Candidate Profile
  • βœ” Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • βœ” 2–8 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital and performance marketing
  • βœ” Proven success in lead generation and funnel optimization (education/aviation preferred)
  • βœ” Strong command of tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO platforms, and CRM systems
  • βœ” Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy
  • βœ” Exceptional communication, storytelling, and brand-building skills
