Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Marketing Manager role located in Kozhikode. The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at driving brand growth and engagement. Responsibilities include campaign planning, budget management, market research, team collaboration, and optimizing marketing activities to meet business objectives. The Marketing Manager will lead a team to execute multi-channel campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Skills in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Data-Driven Decision Making
• Expertise in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Marketing
• Strong Project Management, Budgeting, and Team Leadership abilities
• Excellent Communication, Copywriting, and Presentation Skills
• Knowledge of advertising trends and familiarity with creative technologies is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is highly desirable
