Role Description

We are seeking a Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Key responsibilities include overseeing digital marketing campaigns, creating marketing materials, managing social media platforms, analyzing market trends, monitoring campaign performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. The role requires daily coordination with external agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of marketing activities.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Optimization
Skills in Campaign Strategy, Brand Development, and Market Trend Analysis
Strong experience in Event Planning, Public Relations, and Partner Collaboration
Proven ability with Market Research, Data Analysis, and Metrics Evaluation
Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in the food and beverage or franchise industry is a plus
2-3 years of experience required.
Salary of 25,000 to 35,000 based on skills and experience.
