Lead – Marketing (Full-Stack GTM Owner)
Build and scale the GTM engine for India’s premium smart home category
Mangoe (by Mantra Softech) is creating India’s next-generation smart home ecosystem — across locks, doorbells, hubs, sensors, lighting, and AI-driven automation.
We are not selling gadgets. We are selling how a home should feel, respond, and be experienced.
We’re looking for a Lead – Marketing who will own how Mangoe is discovered, trusted, and adopted — across both digital and physical worlds.

🎯 The Role — What You Are Accountable For
You are the owner of Mangoe’s growth engine.
Not traffic. Not leads.
👉 Installs. Adoption. Market creation.
Your job is to ensure:
- The right customers discover Mangoe
- They trust it enough to consider it
- They convert into high-quality installs
- The GTM engine becomes repeatable across cities
🧩 What You Will Own
1. Category & Brand Creation
Define how Mangoe is positioned in the minds of premium homeowners.
- Craft a clear, differentiated narrative (not feature dumping)
- Build a premium, trust-first brand across all touchpoints
- Ensure consistency across:
- Digital (website, social, ads)
- Physical (demo homes, installations, brochures, kits)
2. Full-Funnel Demand Engine
Design and operate the entire funnel:
Awareness → Consideration → Qualified Lead → Site Visit → Install
- Own performance marketing (Google, Meta, YouTube)
- Build a strong organic/content engine (video, storytelling, education)
- Design high-conversion landing pages and funnels
- Continuously improve:
- Lead quality
- Conversion rates
- Cost per install
3. City-Level GTM Execution
Crack markets one city at a time.
- Launch Ahmedabad (0 → 50 homes)
- Expand to Bangalore and beyond
- Build repeatable GTM playbooks for each city
Includes:
- Gated community targeting
- On-ground activations
- Hyperlocal campaigns
4. Offline Growth & Partnerships
Build high-leverage, trust-driven channels.
- Builders / developers
- Architects & interior designers
- Channel partners & system integrators
- Events, expos, and private showcases
5. Website, CRM & Conversion Systems
Turn interest into action.
- Own website as a conversion system, not a brochure
- Define:
- Inquiry → consultation → demo → install journeys
- Implement lead scoring, qualification, and nurturing flows
6. Analytics, Attribution & Revenue Visibility
Bring discipline to growth.
- Set up full-funnel tracking
- Own metrics like:
- Cost per qualified lead
- Lead → install conversion rate
- CAC per home installed
- Build dashboards for leadership
7. Cross-Functional Alignment (Product ↔ Sales ↔ Experience)
Ensure what we promise = what we deliver.
- Translate product into compelling value propositions
- Align with sales on lead quality and feedback loops
- Ensure marketing reflects real install experience
8. Build the Marketing Function
Scale from 0 → 1 → N.
- Hire across performance, content, and offline GTM
- Build execution systems and playbooks
- Manage agencies where needed
🧠 What We’re Looking For
Must-Have
7–12 years in marketing with end-to-end ownership of growth
Experience building GTM from 0 → 1 or early scale (1 → 10)
Strong exposure to both digital + offline channels
Experience in high-consideration purchases (₹50K+ ticket size categories)
Proven ability to drive conversion, not just traffic
Ability to operate at both strategy and execution level
Strong Signals (We Will Prioritize)
You have built or scaled GTM in:
- Consumer tech / IoT / hardware
- Real estate / home improvement / premium consumer categories
- City-level or geography-based expansion
You think in:
- Funnels, not campaigns
- Segments, not audiences
- Conversion, not impressions

- 10 → 500+ successful home installations
- Predictable lead → install funnel established
- Strong brand recall in premium homeowner segment
- Repeatable GTM playbook ready for Bangalore launch
- Clear visibility on CAC, conversion, and channel ROI
