We operate across health, property, life, and specialty insurance lines, combining deep advisory expertise with a growing proprietary technology platform.

Role Overview

Alete is hiring a Marketing Intern to support design and content across the brand. You will work closely with the COO and CEO to produce the visual and written material that shapes how Alete shows up to HNI clients, wealth managers, and partners from social creatives and brochures to blogs, LinkedIn posts, and client-facing decks.

This is a hands-on, output-driven role. You'll be briefed on a need and expected to turn around a polished creative or a clean piece of writing — not just a first draft. Strong performers will be considered for a full-time role at the end of the internship.

Responsibilities

1. Design & Creative Execution

• Design creatives across social media posts, carousels, reels covers, brochures, one-pagers, and presentation decks.
• Maintain brand consistency using the Alete brand system (Montserrat, brand colours, layout style) so every asset feels consistent.
• Iterate fast with feedback and produce revised versions same-day wherever possible.
• Support an organised library of past creatives, templates, and design assets for reuse across campaigns.

2. Content Writing

• Write and edit blog posts, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and website copy in Alete's premium, advisory-led tone.
• Draft client-facing one-pagers, case studies, and product comparison sheets for the advisory team.
• Turn dense insurance concepts into simple, visual explainers to make written content easier to grasp — infographics, comparison tables, simple charts.
• Repurpose content across formats — a blog into a LinkedIn carousel, a case study into a one-pager.

3. Social Media & Digital Assets

• Help plan and execute a content calendar for LinkedIn and other channels alongside the Marketing Head.
• Produce creative assets for posts, ads, and landing pages, sized correctly for each platform.
• Support design needs in the in-app client experience, ensuring visual quality across touchpoints.

4. Collaboration & Coordination

• Take requests from the founders and advisory team into clear creative and content briefs.
• Coordinate with external designers, printers, or agencies when needed.
• Maintain a running tracker of all creative and content output for quick reference and reuse.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

• Portfolio or sample work showing a strong eye for clean, modern design — comfortable with Canva, Figma, or Adobe (Photoshop/Illustrator).
• Genuine interest in writing with a clear, crisp, error-free style — send us two writing samples.
• Strong sense of visual detail — pixel-level attention to layout, spacing, and typography.
• Fast turnaround with feedback, without needing everything spelled out.
• Based in or able to relocate to NCR — comfortable working out of the Gurugram office daily.

Strong Preference

• Prior internship experience in a startup, agency, media, or financial services setting.
• Interest in finance, insurance, or wealth management — can write in a way that builds trust rather than hype.
• Familiarity with video editing basics — light video editing or motion graphics (Canva/CapCut level is fine).
• Good communication skills — can present ideas clearly to the founders and team.
