Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive role located in Coimbatore. Responsibilities include conducting market research to identify new opportunities, creating and executing marketing plans, managing social media activities, and developing strategies to maximize reach and engagement. The Marketing Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams, support promotional campaigns, and work towards achieving organizational growth and marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of marketing, branding, and social media trends
• Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns
• Creative mindset with proactive execution abilities
• Knowledge of Instagram, reels, and digital engagement strategies is a plus
• Canva, basic editing, or content creation skills are beneficial
• Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment

Compensation

CTC: ₹2.4 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives

Performance-based incentives will be provided based on campaign performance, bookings, growth, and overall contribution.
