Job Description
Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing Executive to drive B2B business development for our range of high-purity solvents.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with pharmaceutical companies, understanding customer requirements, and promoting Pravaaha’s product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B customers in the pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, API, analytical laboratory, and research sectors.
- Promote high-purity solvents including HPLC, LC-MS, ULC-MS, GC, and Gradient Grade products.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions with procurement, QA/QC, and R&D teams.
- Generate qualified leads through field visits and networking.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably in pharmaceutical chemicals, laboratory chemicals, or industrial chemicals.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel across Gujarat for customer meetings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of chromatography solvents and laboratory applications.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical procurement and QA/QC processes.
- Strong presentation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
