Position Overview


We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing Executive to drive B2B business development for our range of high-purity solvents.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with pharmaceutical companies, understanding customer requirements, and promoting Pravaaha’s product portfolio.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and develop new B2B customers in the pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, API, analytical laboratory, and research sectors.



  • Promote high-purity solvents including HPLC, LC-MS, ULC-MS, GC, and Gradient Grade products.



  • Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions with procurement, QA/QC, and R&D teams.



  • Generate qualified leads through field visits and networking.



  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.



  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.



Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Marketing, or Business Administration.



  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably in pharmaceutical chemicals, laboratory chemicals, or industrial chemicals.



  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.



  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.



  • Willingness to travel across Gujarat for customer meetings.



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools is an advantage.



Preferred Skills


  • Basic understanding of chromatography solvents and laboratory applications.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical procurement and QA/QC processes.
  • Strong presentation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
