Pranamya Financial Services is a financial and investment advisory firm offering services including Retirement Planning, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Goal-Based Investing, Risk Profiling, and Wealth Management solutions.

Salary : 10000-15000

Key Responsibilities :

1. Plan and execute offline marketing and client outreach activities
2. Generate leads through networking, references, corporate tie-ups, and field marketing
3. Conduct promotional activities and investor awareness programs
4. Coordinate seminars, client meetings, and business development events
5. Build relationships with local businesses, professionals, and referral partners
6. Support the sales team in client acquisition and follow-ups
7. Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional documents
8. Maintain records of marketing activities, leads, and conversions
9. Visit potential clients and institutions for business development opportunities
10. Assist in improving brand visibility and market presence

Requirements

1. Graduate in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
2. 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, banking, insurance, or financial services
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Confidence in meeting clients and conducting presentations
5. Good networking and relationship-building abilities
6. Self-motivated and target-oriented personality
7. Proficiency in MS Office and basic business communication tools

Preferred Skills

1. Experience in field marketing and lead generation
2. Basic understanding of financial products and investment services
3. Strong coordination and event management skills
4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
