Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & Data Analyst Executive to join our growing team. This hybrid role requires expertise in digital marketing campaigns as well as data-driven analysis to optimize performance and support business growth. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing ? Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns (Google Ads, SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing). ? Manage brand presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube). ? Create engaging content in collaboration with design/content teams. ? Drive lead generation through PPC, display, and remarketing campaigns. ? Execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automation workflows. Data Analytics ? Collect, clean, and analyse data from marketing campaigns, CRM, and web analytics tools. ? Monitor and report website traffic, campaign ROI, and customer engagement metrics. ? Use Google Analytics, Data Studio, Power BI, or Excel to prepare dashboards and insights. ? Provide actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates and campaign performance. ? Track competitor analysis, customer behaviour and digital trends for decision-making. Qualifications & Skills ? Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field. ? 1?3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or data analysis. ? Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing. ? Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or Excel). ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights. ? Knowledge of SQL or Python (for data analysis) is an advantage. ?
