About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to support our IT Staffing business by generating new client leads, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and promoting our recruitment services. This role is ideal for candidates who have excellent communication skills and an interest in B2B sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for IT staffing and recruitment services.
- Identify and connect with HR professionals, hiring managers, and business decision-makers.
- Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other marketing channels.
- Schedule meetings and introductory calls for the Business Development team.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand client hiring requirements.
- Prepare company presentations, marketing materials, and client proposals when required.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and nurture long-term business relationships.
- Stay updated on market trends and the IT recruitment industry.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Mandatory).
- Confident in speaking with clients over phone calls and virtual meetings.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in marketing, business development, lead generation, or recruitment is an advantage.
