Marketing Executive - Home Automation

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Marketing Executive to join our home automation company. The ideal candidate will manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, handle customer inquiries, and assist clients during showroom visits. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and a passion for technology-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Digital & Social Media Marketing Plan, create, and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Develop reels, posts, and stories to promote products, events, and installations. Monitor analytics to increase engagement and reach. Manage online inquiries and maintain brand consistency across platforms. Client Engagement & Showroom Management Greet and assist walk-in clients at the showroom. Conduct product demos and explain home automation solutions. Maintain showroom presentation and ensure all devices are functioning for demos. Follow up with potential clients and coordinate appointments for site visits or technical meetings. Marketing & Sales Support Assist in planning marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Maintain client records and update CRM (if applicable). Coordinate with the sales and technical team for client requirements. Participate in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities. Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of social media management and content creation tools. Basic understanding of photography/videography (bonus). Good presentation skills and customer-oriented attitude. Interest in smart home technologies (training will be provided). Ability to multitask and handle showroom responsibilities. Education Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred). Job Type: Full-time
