We are looking for a creative, energetic, and people-loving Marketing Executive to help make Boomerang more relevant, engaging, and community-driven for the next generation of customers.

About the Role

As a Marketing Executive at Boomerang, you will play a key role in shaping how customers experience and connect with the brand both online and offline.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting market research to understand customer preferences, trends, and competitor activity
• Assisting in menu design and product positioning
• Coordinating with social media marketing agencies and content creators
• Planning and executing outreach campaigns, activations, and community-building initiatives
• Supporting brand campaigns across retail stores and digital platforms
• Working closely with leadership to bring fresh marketing ideas to life

Requirements

• MBA or similar degree in Marketing, Branding, or Business
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a marketing or brand-related role
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Extroverted, energetic, and comfortable interacting with people
• Passion for food, retail, hospitality, or consumer brands is a plus
• Creative thinker with strong understanding of social media and youth culture
